1. Standard Cancellation Policy

  • 7 Days or More Before Travel Date:
    Full refund after deducting applicable service charges.
  • 3–6 Days Before Travel Date:
    50% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Less Than 3 Days Before Travel Date:
    No refund will be provided.

2. Flexible Rebooking Option

  • Instead of canceling, you can reschedule your trip to a later date at no additional cost (subject to availability and seasonal pricing).
  • Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 3 days before your original travel date.

3. COVID-19 Special Policy

If your travel is affected due to government travel restrictions or a positive COVID-19 test result, you can choose one of the following:

  • Reschedule your trip to any available date within 12 months.
  • Request a refund as per our COVID-19 refund policy.

Proof of restriction or positive test may be required.

5. Important Notes

  • Some services, such as flights, ferries, or special activities, may have non-refundable policies based on third-party providers.
